Candescent's banking platform was already serving financial institutions across the country, but the experience had started to show its age. Votive reimagines banking around personalization, intelligent insights, and helping customers understand what to do next, not just what happened yesterday.

Visual design, design systems, and making complex financial products feel a little more human.
I designed experiences across mobile and desktop, helping evolve the visual language and create consistency across a platform that was growing in entirely new directions.
The Results
The redesign established a new direction for the platform, helping Candescent evolve beyond traditional digital banking while creating a more personal, proactive experience for customers. Users consistently described the experience as modern, trustworthy, and intuitive—exactly the qualities the redesign set out to reinforce.
