Cherokee Nation Entertainment set out to reimagine its loyalty experience with the launch of STATUS+, a new rewards program designed to feel more personalized, engaging, and connected across the broader ecosystem. The redesign brought together promotions, benefits, rewards tracking, and member experiences under a brand that was entirely new to customers.

My Role

Visual design, design systems, and translating a new brand into a digital experience.

The STATUS+ brand provided the foundation, but much of the visual language still needed to be defined. I helped shape how the brand came to life across web and app experiences while expanding a shared design system to support an entirely new visual direction.

The Results

The introduction of STATUS+ revealed design system challenges the original framework wasn't built to support. Working closely with development, we helped identify gaps, refine implementation approaches, and strengthen the system for future growth.

Bringing STATUS+ to Life
