K. Hovnanian set out to improve how prospective homebuyers explored markets, communities, and available homes online. Research showed visitors were struggling to find relevant information and rarely progressing to the next step, prompting a redesign of the region experience focused on creating a more intuitive path to discovery.

My Role

Visual design, responsive web design, and turning fragmented experiences into intuitive ones.

The project is currently in development and has not yet launched. Through multiple rounds of exploration and testing, the team established a direction focused on reducing friction, improving discoverability, and supporting higher-intent engagement.

The Results

As one of two designers on the project, I helped redesign the region page across desktop and mobile, exploring new ways to organize search, mapping, inventory, pricing, and community information into a more intuitive experience.

Simplifying Discovery

The existing experience fragmented information across markets, communities, homes, and location details, making it difficult for visitors to find what they needed. A major focus of the redesign was reducing friction by bringing key information together, creating clearer pathways to browse, compare, and explore available homes across desktop and mobile experiences.
